Tuition Payment Schedule for Toddler & Preschool Classes:  2011-2012 Academic school year

The following payment schedule has been adopted for the 2011 – 2012 Academic Year on 7/7/11

Payment Option #1   Per Semester

Consists of 2 payments:   1).   August 5, 2011 for the period September – December

                                             2).  January 4, 2012 for the period January – May

Payment Option #2    Quarterly

Consists of 3 payments:   1).   August 5, 2011 for the period of September – November

                                           2).  November 1, 2011 for the period of December – February

                                           3).  February 1, 2012 for the period of March - May

Payment Option #3    Monthly

Consists of 9 payments:
1. September Payment:           Due August 5, 2011

2. October Payment:                Due September 1, 2011  (Toddler class due date for Payment #2 is:   9/7/11)

3. November Payment:            Due October 3, 2011

4. December Payment:            Due November 1, 2011

5. January Payment:               Due December 1, 2011

6. February Payment:              Due January 4, 2012

7. March Payment:                   Due February 1, 2012

8. April Payment:                      Due March 1, 2012

9. May Payment:                       Due April 2, 2012

See your individual monthly payment amount– depends upon your individual schedule and particular class session you are enrolled.  Whichever payment schedule is chosen (from above) please track your payments. No additional billing will be sent out prior to your tuition due date.

Note:   The school does not receive any additional outside funding and tuition provides the main source of income to the school. Record payment schedule from above on your 2011/2012 calendar for easy reminders.   $15.00 Late Fee will apply if payment is more than 10 days late.
